Apologies for the delay in post but I was having way too much fun hiding in the trees! Here are some samples from our Wednesday diary entries ...

Hunt the teacher.

Up a tree selfie time! I'm pretty impressed with my climb this year (although I've dropped my kindle, I need the first groups to find me and pass it back up!)

Wednesday afternoon photies

A totally fun filled afternoon! Damp weather but lively spirits. And as a bonus, donuts at cake o'clock. 

Group 3 on the bikes 

Group 1 scrambled along the slippery shore. 

They were even joined by a seal for a swim 

Group 2 explored the forest and found the muddiest parts they could.

After LOADS of technical difficulties and many app downloadings, I am finally online and able to post! Expect lots of awesome photos and news in the coming days 😀 Here are a couple of snaps from this morning, on our way to the gorge walk. It was a fun, challenging and very wet start to the day but the kids did so well, taking on lots of challenges and working as a team.

Wednesday afternoon.

Group 1: we're beach bound and it's windy!

Group 2: are off bash about and built some shelters in the woods!

Group 3: they'll be zooming about on the mountain bikes!

All just to make sure we have an appetite for cake at 5!

Gorge group

They did it!

They conquered the gorge. It was hard, tiring and cold but they did it!

I'll try and get a photo of them soon. They are currently devouring their lunch - lentil soup, sandwiches, biscuits (and lots of cups of tea for me!)

Wednesday lunchtime.

What a fantastic (if pretty blowy!) morning. 

We've just returned from excellent mountain biking, caked in mud and a little bruised!

The waves battered the shore scramble with some challenging climbing and we managed to clear up the beach too. 

The gorge group aren't back yet, we'll hear from them soon!

Lunchtime. I'm starving!!
